Cinco de Junio - Nicaragua
The Cinco de Junio cooperative of Las Sabanas, Nicaragua, is perhaps the most progressive and forward-thinking co-op in the country, especially in terms of quality. During our three-year partnership, we’ve been working together to build better lots of coffee by focusing on the highest quality from among the co-op’s small, organic farmers. This year, Cinco de Junio really stepped it up for us, and, while the coffee is mild, nutty, and, of course, delightful, those flavors are backed up by cleaner, crisper flavors than in years past.
