Baroida from Papua New Guinea (prepared via Aeropress) I also pine for sundried coffees, roasted City, maybe City Plus, prepared in not-a-French-press because I prefer filter methods
A little about Daniel:
I’m a 24 year old coffee slinger and NC native. I started drinking coffee when my grandparents spiked my bottle as a small child (true story). After that, it was black Folgers at age 8 (which was gross, but I manned up and abandoned the cream and sugar); espresso entered my life at 12 (also gross). Coffee’s just always been there! I’m quite convinced that this stuff is proof that God exists and loves us. Outside of my coffee life, I’m a husband, a musician (check out my band, Hadwynn!), and Wii tennis pro.
When not pulling shots:
Driving (since I live in the Sticks, I do that far too much), playing sweet jams (either with my compatriots in Hadwynn or my Summit Church family), spending every moment with my über beautiful and super hilarious and smart wife, chasing my Jack Russell Terrier (her name’s Bright) around the house, combining words (also known as wordbinating).
